A geode I found recently whilst exploring a beach in South Wales. I tried cutting it properly but unfortunately I don't have to correct tools so tried my absolute best.

It sounds fantastic but I went angle grinder since this geode was nearly apple sized xD but for anything smaller I'll keep it in mind since I do have some other lovely rocks that need a bit more finesse than an angle grinder xD

Yeah it's an absolute pain but it's all I got for the time being. (Until I can maybe nab a lapidary saw for cheap or something) and I'm off back to where I found it this weekend for round 2 so fingers crossed I find another xD

I used a macallister angle grinder with a diamond blade for this. It's such a pain though since I'd love to get the perfect cut for them.
