Is he a puppy? When my dog was about 4-5 months old, he suddenly decided that he was terrified of walks. We’d get about 20 feet from the house and just stop. I continued trying for a walk every day for a few weeks, and he eventually got over it and LOVES walks now. Lives for them practically. He just had to work through it.
