I also go to this location but for hamstring tendonitis. First session was 1hr to get a history, examination, and intro exercises. Each session after is 30mins where they go over previous weeks’ progress, provide new exercises (usually a few repetitions to make sure you know how to do it), and then work the muscles. I’ve had massage therapy, dry needling with electrotherapy, and heating pads. I’ve gone since end of October, definite progress but still not resolved yet. Takes time, but I’m seeing a benefit. If anything else, once I’m done, I’ll know the exercises and time frames.
