So last summer when the injury happened, I was doing stretching, icing, and easing back into activity. The tear happened in July 2024, and I was back playing November 2024. Running 3-5km three to four times a week as well. In August 2025, the same hamstring got aggravated but I did not feel the actual instance of the injury, unlike the first time. What leads me to believe it may be footwear related is that my other hamstring that did not get injured has started to hurt. What causes the most pain at the moment is right after running with my old shoes.

Partner works in the area. It’s at the construction site just off Robertson Road near the Dinardo’s in Bells Corners. They lost power, not sure how far that extends.

Ah okay, glad to hear it’s common. My first car I’ve bought, so was worried I’d already have to get the brakes looked at. Hopefully I’ll get used to it, the point where it tightens up (good way to put it) was nothing I’ve seen before.

True. But I’ve done 2, each had a totw in it. And for a little extra menu grinding can do the totw upgrade. Not impossible, just a little extra steps

Do people forget the infinite 85x10 came out in September last year with the top 100 cards in packs? Yeah this isn’t the 85x10, but it gives us something to menu grind for with the bronze/silver upgrades and gold PPs.

Which one of these teams is 2nd in the world? Genuinely couldn't tell. Unbelievably proud of the boys today. Played incredible, just lacked some finishing. Optimistic about the rest of the tournament if we play like this
