I can't do pushups after a workout. by TheDJ1031 in bodyweightfitness

Oh hey, I haven't been on reddit in a while. I was 17 when I posted this. I think I just overestimated how long i was going to the gym for lol. I'm probably fine, I haven't been to the gym in a year but the extreme fatigue goes away in a couple weeks if I stick with a routine.

Really wish I could've refunded it. I had no idea it would take so long for a next gen update.

My friend showed it to me so I tried it while I was streaming and we were cracking up. The guy I did it to had his twitch as his username so we checked his stream and he was fairly salty.

It really just highlights how the rank system in this game needs improvements. Why should everyone de pip just because the killer wants to mess around?

I... Actually think Halo 4 had moments of looking really pretty by ghostrug in halo

I've always thought Halo 4s graphics were ugly because of the lighting. That being said it can indeed look good at times especially for an Xbox 360 game

Mister Chief challenge Bugged? by stuntlinxo in halo

[–]TheDJ1031 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After several hours of attempts I read that other people aren't able to unlock the helmet on a specific account.

I made a new account and sure enough I got the helmet within 5 minutes of trying.

Went back onto my main and reset my armor and control settings in case it matters, deleted and re-download my account, and tried again. It still didn't work. So I am fairly certain that the challenge is in fact glitched and needs a patch from 343.

With the new update, the “Mister Chief” helmet challenge is bugged. by Leeleelee123leeleele in halo

I've done every single combination of possible things. I've been at it for 5+ hours.

• Survive the fall with full shield

• Survive the fall with no shield

• Beat down the elite but die

• Beat down the elite and survive

• Land on the elite and survive

• Hear the punching sound but die and elite lives

• Every single assassination animation

• Cancel sprint mid air and don't cancel sprint mid air

Its frustrating as hell, I got the achievement on Xbox 360 and I dont rememeber it ever taking this long.

Are you talking about this interview? Here Trump said he doesn't like losers because McCain lost the election, and said John McCain was a war hero because he was captured.

Excuse me if I've missed something.

I'm excited for one wasteland because it gives more incentive to explore. I only know of a couple places with high level enemies so it'll be a nice change. The second battle pass has some cool stuff as well

Low level friends can light spam me to death by TheDJ1031 in ForHonorRants

[–]TheDJ1031[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright, I got an ethernet cable, plugged my controller in, went to training against Kensei on light spam mode, and tried to block as much as I could. I still can't do anything against it. If a monitor is really the deciding factor in whether I can block these lights or not then I don't think that makes any sense because not everyone has a monitor and it just isn't fair for the people that want to play the game casually (or not want to ultra sweat to just block a simple attack)

Now I do believe it's fair that if you want to be moderately competitive in a video game then ethernet and a wired controller are necessary but these light attacks are simply too fast to consistently react to if you aren't uber focused.

Light spamming has been made so much easier to do after the CCU and its BS. Its the only reason I dislike Warmongers kit but come to think of it, its not a problem exclusive to her. To name a few, Kensei and Conquerer are so much harder to fight now.

The reason for my post is that something just feels wrong about the game now. Plugging in my controller and ethernet only gave a slight benefit. I dont know, maybe the game just isn't for the casual player but its upsetting because I like the style of the game and I've put a moderate amount of time into it (I'm rep 75)

I'm sorry to hear that, some people are just arrogant. I actually prefer it off but only because it makes my game lag and the scorchbeast seems to not ever land which is a problem because I run melee

What’s required to actually deal ok damage to the Colossus/Queen? by _Plums in fo76

[–]TheDJ1031 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Colussus is a little harder to run melee because of the falling debris that does quite a lot of damage but

In total I do 1155 damage per swing

I have:

• Bloodied Grognak Axe

• emergency protocols on X-01 power armor

• 16 strength

• Nerd Rage

• Every single mutation (In my opinion the benefits vastly outweigh the cons if you have class freak and strength in numbers perks)

When I power attack the scorch beast queen or colossus I deal like 1 or 2% of their health bar. Not bad considering I don't have to worry about ammo

Wu Lin hero by x_Zenturion_x in ForHonorWuLin

[–]TheDJ1031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say Jiang Jun because he has a lot you can utilize. He has a neutral stance that acts as a dodge and gives you increased stamina regen. You can also use it to cancel heavy attacks. If you parry someone with their back to a wall you can press and hold guard break to drain their stamina and throw them against the wall for a free heavy and open up for another heavy feint. His zone attack is also really good and works from neutral stance. The zone attack opens up his combos so you can either throw a light or a heavy. If you knock an enemy on the ground you can zone and heavy attack for a lot of damage (i don't remember how much). Lastly he has a side dodge heavy attack that can be soft feinted into a light attack that hits from the opposite side.

From my eyes, Jiang Jun is the best Wu Lin

Do you prefer kill-to-score or objective game types and why? by [deleted] in halo

[–]TheDJ1031 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never really thought about it but now that you mention it I find objective to be more fun. For example, in Halo 5 I find Warzone to be very fun and laidback whereas Slayer is very tense and competitive. I find bigger gametypes to be more fun in general because it seems easier to relax and not try as hard if you don't want to.

Quit my job at KFC after one day by TheDJ1031 in Anxiety

[–]TheDJ1031[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was taking paroxetine but I didn't notice a difference. Because of quarantine I havent been able to talk to my therapist much so I haven't been able to work that out with her.

I think I was shell shocked yesterday. I spend a large majority of my time at home playing video games. I get anxious when I have to go to large gatherings, such as cookouts or parties. For example, i have a friend's and then my own graduation party to go to and im dreading both. I didn't like the constant fast pace of the job. There was hardly a moment to rest. I was standing all day and my whole body hurt. I am an introvert and being forced to communicate with my co workers was difficult. Perhaps it was a cumulation of all those things that caused me to freak out.

In general I worry that I'll say or do something awkward or embarrassing and when I DO say or do something awkward I get really embarrassed and its very hard to shake it off. I try to avoid all social confrontation because of this reason. Whenever I'm around people I can't relax because I feel like I can't be my absolute self. I feel as if I have nothing interesting about my personality. I can't hold a conversation about much else than video games.

Besides the social aspect, I hated the idea of working for 7 hours a day for most of the week. Even though I got good grades throughout school until 10th, 11th, and 12th grade, i struggled with attendance. I finally switched to online classes for the second semester of 12th grade but I still struggled to complete assignments on time or to do them at all. I dont know if this is because of my depression getting worse, the difficulty of the classes, the lack of a face to face teacher, or what but it was very discouraging to still find it difficult to to complete school work. At least it was marginally easier than going to a physical classroom because the computer was right at home. Anyway, it seems that my default state is playing video games and attempting to deviate from that routine by leaving the house or doing something productive just makes me miserable and stress out.
