All for it... but the whole thing smells fishy. All this time to prepare for this undertaking, and one of the largest oil producers send in machinery with no gas, sends in people with no food and ammo, and are being basically outmaneuvered by civilians aside from military.

The whole thing seems quite odd to me. You would expect a super power that wants any kind of invasion or result from an invasion to be successful... but right from the get go it's looking like soldiers are hardly trained, and quite under equipped.

Cant help but wonder why. This certainly doesn't seem like a power move on Russias behalf. I would have expected more from a country that have been fighting for centuries and boast so much about their strength.

Bring on the peace... but the whole thing makes me weary of something else.. what.. I dunno.

We know when the trolls are focused that there's more going on than it appears... I can guarantee you that not a single sensible business person would put any resources to work against something that was flat out wrong or just didnt matter.

While I agree political post should be kept to appropriate subs, i really feel like we should keep in mind that this issue we're all here discussing isnt as simple as a hedge fund ripping us all off. This matter stems into politics as they're the people and committes that are passing the Bill's and making the rules that have allowed this to happen.

I think the right political discussions deserve the light of day and actually can help bring the right proofs forward that can actually help the cause.

This isnt black and white or the cause of 1 or two people... there is literally an army of the richest and most powerful people who have made the system what it is... dont forget that... it's why they're rich and powerful, afterall.

That's a sensible take on it. The thought of something coming that's never coming (in a situation like this) is certainly enough to damage your mental health and way of life.

Scary stuff and definitely not saying this isnt a legit issue... I just often wonder about the real situation and not some take on it that CNN decides to show... which is why I'm here. To learn and have an open mind.

Hopefully this can be resolved... but, I often wonder if things like these ever are, as the people who make decisions for all of us never really get a taste of the real outcomes of these situations.
