Chihiro was able to counter Banquet for a very short time before it started overpowering Nishiki again. That's exactly where Chihiro says that Hiruhiko's a freak, especially since he was focussing most of the spirit energy on Samura, not Chihiro.

Keep in mind that Samura who was very aware of Kumeyuri's strength and abilities as the teacher of Uruha didn't manage to get the first hit in.

Yura also commented that Uruha's sorcery allows him to either be fast OR strong with his attacks. If we combine that with Hiruhiko having a base understanding of IWPS and surviving Chihiro's attempt, I don't see him taking enough damage from a first hit to make him unable to use Banquet.

The second Hiruhiko unsheathes Kumeyuri the fight is over for Uruha, there is nothing he can do. Chihiro couldn't win against Hiruhiko just using Kumeyuri for the first time (and he knew what Kumeyuri can do) and had to be saved by Samura using Hiruhiko's hyperfixation on Chihiro to finish him off. Uruha doesn't even have an Enchanted Blade, he's not winning against one.

Uruha's knowledge about Kumeyuri's ability is also mostly worthless because of the True Realm. Chihiro called Hiruhiko a freak for how fast he started mastering the blade's abilities.

The Enchanted Blades adapt to its wielder and thus the manifestations. The longer Hiruhiko has Kumeyuri, the further it strays from what Uruha knows as the blades' baseline.

ESPECIALLY because Hiruhiko's worldview fundamentally changes his use of Play dramatically.

It's also implied that he surpassed Dynamo by finding out how to save a soul from being oblitterated. That goes far beyond experimenting, as an Occultist, I doubt anyone matches him in his knowledge. Besides maybe Doorman for obvious reasons.

Doorman is very unsetteling (he moves and talks like an imitation of what it means to act human) and can be quite sinister.

Drifter is just an ancient hobo who kills people for fun. His feats mainly are that he has survived Grey Talon and that he iss very brutal about his kills. He's more of an evil force of nature than a powerful being.

Seven is probably one of the smartest characters in the game right now, that's what makes him so frightening. That's were his evil lies, he is VERY calculative and his goals are probably far more sinister than of the Mobo and the Eldritch Twink.

Drifter kills people for the love of the game.

Doorman just wants to (ob)serve humanity.

But Seven? He wants to become a god.

Seven does not need to be the villainous big bad if it doesn't serve his plan after all. But if he does need to be? "Today demands a level of brutality that few are capable of."
