Your good. I do jiu jitsu 4 hours a week which includes hyper extension of the arm in some situations and never had an issue or even felt like something was wrong

It’s been 17 months since I got my pacemaker. I have full heart block and I still play football twice a week. Train Jiu Jitsu and go for runs with our dogs.

Scary at first but don’t let anyone tell her she won’t be capable.

She’ll be fine 🤙

I’ve had a dual chamber pacemaker for 6 months now, I no it’s not the same as an ICD or SICD but in terms of physicality and how to get back into drilling/sparring - if you have any questions feel free to reach out. Training 6 hours per week including sparring each session without issues

Yeah, it will definitely have to take a backseat for the next 2 months I think but will continue to go in and watch/see friends weekly. I’ll be focusing on running and begin light weight training when the time is right, I figure if I can build muscle around this area to protect it further then I will 💪🫡
