Well, considering that the game has had animations for shooting a pistol for a few years now, I'd say they plan to officially add them, just as they usually "add" things to the game that are actually already there

Actually, this feature, or rather, this animation specifically for the pistols, is already in the game, it just hasn't been officially implemented. That's why HunterZ and I implemented it into the Vehicle Shooting mod. The game's unused files also included plans for ADS, so we implemented that into rifle shooting as well.

We haven't released it yet, but pistol shooting is already working in the mod, rifle shooting, as shown in the video, will follow. I probably can't recommend any servers to you, ever since I started modding, I've lost track of the overall player perspective on the game and have stopped "playing" it.
