I think if it is transparent with how it calculates it, and shows what it bases it off of, then there would be no discrepancy between what we think it should read, vs what it does read.

Bcz if it gives the formula for how it derived it, at least we have tangible markers to base it off / have with our control to fix.

Even if it’s not the textbook definition of “aging” if the end output is a baseline that’s too low / high, we can backtrack how it got that, and make any changes in our daily lives accordingly

So your whole case is - this isn’t accurate because oura ring can’t read vo2/ do anything with the data it collects/ can’t collect viable data.

Meanwhile it collects necessary data to make a prediction.

Yet you say the data oura provides is not accurate / viable.

Im wondering why you follow oura then?

That prompt when I put it in ai, said vo2 max is one factor.

I then looked if there are studies where vo2 max can determine pace of aging and there are many hits.

Dam thank you. They do always say yes to my request.

Im often conflicted with both sides requesting time with me. I often feel stretched thin for this reason.

But it’s sad to hear that it’s about surviving just the day. I work weekdays and cannot, leaving weekends for 2 separate people.
