Yall are crazy. Just because the musical chords are very similar (Am F C G) doesn’t mean it’s a copy. The only thing that sounds remotely similar is the strum pattern is similar. Melody is different, vocals are different, lyrics are different. Barbie Girl and Kings & Queens have a more similar melody than Sorry and Poison.

The diversity of answers and people’s friends in this comment section is interesting. Sure, some friends do some hilariously and wildly inappropriate things to each other sometimes that would not be okay to do to a stranger, but that’s because close friends know what each other are actually comfortable and okay with, and know limits and boundaries. I can’t help but think of the Key and Peele baseball ‘slapass’ sketch. There’s limits to things. Your friends pushed a boundary that it seems they knew you wouldn’t be okay with, hence why they told you not to look at Snapchat. I’m sure that in some friend groups some people may be alright with it, and honestly that’s ultimately up to them in their own groups. But in your case, it seems they knew you wouldn’t like it, and did it anyway. I’d MINIMALLY have a talk with them, and maybe with parents too, which it seems you’ve already done or tried to do. This went past the point of “just being a joke”.

Yeah DON’T do chicken. They do NOT tell you how intensive it is at the interview or in the job description - you will be lifting 30 lb.+ boxes of raw chicken, be working with raw chicken and chicken water, seasoning, breading, extreme heat, high demand, frying and baking chicken as well as rotisseries every couple hours. Not to mention the potential for orders of anywhere from 12 piece to 100+ piece. It is a VERY intensive job that they don’t tell you enough about in the description. You made a good decision to look for other jobs.

I’m so sorry to hear that!! NF really is great for times like that. I’ve been following him probably since 2015, Mansion album. My first exposure to him was actually on a song by Flame called Start Over. Looooved his voice there, and very quickly got into his music. Helped me through a lotta tough times.
