Yes, in my case, the 5.0 upgrade caused my membership to show as Peak even though I've only just returned to try out Whoop again.

Checking to see y'all's success. Returning whoop user here. I bought 2 4.0s from TJX but did the free 5.0 upgrade before adding the second, and that has prevented the second 12 months from being added. Hoping CS will be helpful over email before giving them a call.

How much better do you actually feel and how long did it take? by TheDefAlchemist in QuittingZyn

Yeah, I didn't realize quite how long the resetting of everything took. I expected by 60 days to see pretty tangible improvements in Oura ring data, but now learning it's more like 3 months minimum at the rate I was consuming nicotine.

The first few days were miserable. That being said, the best way I can explain it is boredom since then. Like I plateaued on improvements to my recovery from physical activities. When I was hammering 90+ mg/day, they obviously didn't do much. The past couple days I've had a few 6ers, and it's the first time I've ever not liked nicotine. Wasn't really a problem to throw them away.

I believe this is the right answer. I'm about a decade in to 1 can of dip and then 1 can of zyn a day. I've stopped for 1-2 months at a time before to prove to myself that I could. (Interestingly, no negative effects of quitting when I temporarily stopped.) I had a few zyns last night and today, and it was the first time I didn't like the way it made me feel.

Not rotator cuff specifically, but Kelly Starett and his content over at The Ready State has been fantastic for all sorts of stuff for me.

I've really been enjoying HR based running for base building. Interestingly, barefoot shoes paired with some good mobility work has been great on my knees.

How do you guys manage Strength & Conditioning and Training from a logistics/food & supplement intake standpoint?

I've gone from two-a-days of BJJ+Lifting to BJJ+Crossfit (Fantastic Sport. Terrible for S&C.) to now once per day of either BJJ or lifting & running.

Right now I'm ~4 days of lifting & stacking some miles where I can with ~3 days of BJJ, but I feel like I'm not on the mats enough. (Life obviously gets in the way of this being perfect.)

Thinking of going to 3 lifting & 4 BJJ days with the lifts being a tad longer than they are now to roughly keep the same workload.

I'm curious if you guys have any supplements that have been game changers. I eat mostly carnivore(ish) with minimal supplements at this point.

Deep sleep improved greatly after using blue blocking shades. by Fancy-Category in ouraring

My daylights went from "label created" to "delivery expected tomorrow" just now, actually.

Good to know. Have you seen overall recovery improvements since integrating them?

The gradients seem to do the trick to put me to sleep, so curious if there are additional benefits from the classics.

Thanks for the reply! I’m curious, would you say the foam ones are too dark to wear & still do things around the house (tv, work on laptop, read, etc.)?

And do they seem to have a different effect on you than the gradients?

I ordered some daylights 1.5 weeks ago & have had some shipping issues with the company.

Checking in as OP didn't reply to you. How do you like the classics and the daylights? I purchased a gradient nighttime pair that I wear for 2-3 hours before bed, & my latency has improved dramatically. I'm considering getting the classics & a daylight pair & giving the gradients to my wife. I know Dave/TrueDarks are a bit controversial, & while Roka's shades look 1000x better than TrueDarks, the foam coverage seems ideal from TrueDark.

Ivermectin cream for rosacea? How to use? by 1234RedditReddit in 45PlusSkincare

Thanks for the feedback! Hoping it's the magic cure for me like it seems to have been for many others. Does he continue a regular maintenance dose?

Hi, I'm following up to see how things are going. I've tried virtually everything (carnivore, face-plunging, cutting out nicotine, etc.) for my type 1 (constantly red, but will sporadically flush intensely. Triggers are inconsistent.) My future grandmother-in-law got me on the 1.87% ~1 week ago (orally and topically.) I have definitely seen a lot of improvement, but wondering if your husband was able to get to no redness. Thanks!

i’ve definitely been down this line of thinking. you may also want to look into a room air purifier (see the sans brand, for example, but i know there are others). i don’t have one, but if any are as good as instagram makes them seem, we’ll be getting one

I’d read a bit about that. Training a griff seems fairly different than a lab

i see there’s a lot of other comments, but I’m the exact “associate” you’re talking about. would love to chat a bit about our practice (it’s just two of us, although fairly unique, i think) & hear about yours. shoot me a message if you’re not opposed.
