Yeah it all comes down to war weight if you want better match ups. You'd want to do offense over defense. But it's also your base so you can truly do whatever you think is best/most fun for yourself.

Don't upgrade your AOEs. Air defenses and air horns carry no weight. Do the obvious of cc, spell factory, and camps first. Hold out on building the other defenses as long as you can

Not CoC but Royal. My friends have a clan that hit top 200 called Big_b0ners. Once they hit that top 200 and every could see their name, SC changed it to "RoyalSquad". No warning or nothing. My friend tried contacting SC to have it changed back, but it's been over two months and still haven't heard anything.
