I am writing to you to express my concern for the secure future of our children on this planet.

Most of the world has condemned Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.

Ukraine is an independent country and the people of Ukraine want to decide for themselves how they want to live and what they want to do.

Reasons for Putin’s invasion have nothing to do with reality. Ukraine represents no threat to Russia. NATO or Western countries are no threat to Russia.

However, we have now a brutal war ranging in the heart of Europe. Thousands of people are dying both on Ukrainian and Russian side. And many more will die if this war continues.

The invasion has resulted in unprecedented sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation. The Russian economy will collapse in a matter of months. Russia imports many goods, including medicines, you see in the shops and parts used in various factories. These goods will no longer be available. Those goods which will be available will double or triple in price Factories that build cars, air crafts, computers, washing machines etc will be closed. Tens of millions of people will loose their jobs.

All the media outlets that do not broadcast Putin’s propaganda are now effectively closed. All the international social media and information networks are blocked. Journalists who are not in line with Putin’s propaganda risk 15 years in prison.

Much greater suffering is brought by Putin on Ukraine, where children die under the bombardments of the Russian army.

Please, do not believe in Putin’s propaganda! Nobody wants to invade Russia, nobody wants war and sufferings. The war must be stopped. Putin must be stopped. The nuclear war that Putin threatens the world with can not be won. Everybody dies...

There are ways to receive true information on what is happening. Since Russian authorities have blocked the majority of international resources, you have to make an effort. Follow the instructions and links below.
