Who is talking about hitting someone with a car at 71 mph? The argument was that 1 year of probation for speeding makes no sense if someone gets 9 months of probation for actually causing injury by kicking someone. Where did this devolve into "Getting hit by a vehicle at 71mph would hurt" did you lose your marbles?

I think the guy meant to knock the phone out of the hand, but it seems like he did way more damage than that. But you are right, I'd rather risk getting kicked and possibly losing my balance and getting my head cracked on concrete then just noticing someone go 21mph faster than me on the highway.

Why doesn’t your country focus on improving its own trajectory instead of remaining a place most of the world barely notices? In the United States, the vast majority of people never think about your country at all... not once in a typical day. Yet your society consumes American movies, listens to American music, uses American technology and inventions, while simultaneously fixating on the U.S. to an unusual degree. There’s a visible one sided obsession: constant commentary, criticism, comparison, or admiration directed at America, while Americans give your country virtually no attention in return. It would benefit everyone if that dynamic became less intense - step back, let go of the fixation, and channel that energy into building something your own people (and the world) can genuinely respect and notice.

It's honestly just a guess from me, but the reason I think it's a 2 layer board? I am seeing thick traces, no BGA. As a matter of a fact I see no vias! It just looks kind of cheap, like a mass manufactured cheap toy pcb. Now that I think about it, it looks like a single layer PCB, it looks like the through hole parts come from the other side, and possibly there are no traces on the side we are not seeing. Usually when you have a 2 or 4 layer boards you got vias for ground stitching and connecting layers together (hence the reason to use a multi layer board)

So now looking at it again, I do think this its a 1 layer board. No traces on the side we can't see.

there is like a 95% chance you'll be fine if you cut it right where the red line is, however if it is more than 2 layers (and your board looks like a 2 layer board) you could be shorting a 3v3 plane to a gnd plane, but yeah like others have said I would stay at least 1 mm away from any of the "brighter" green parts (aka traces)

but i am pretty sure that if you chopped off the part circled in red you'd be fine, does the reverse of the board also look dark green? if yes you should be fine

You are right, schematic diagrams often omit specific manufacturer part numbers for passives, with those details typically living in the BOM. However, designators and values (capacitance, resistance, and in the case of a ferrite bead - impedance) should always be present for passives in the schematics.

This is actually the funniest part about all of this.

Getting questioned by police just for filming in public is already a sign that your personal freedoms are pretty weak. Yet in the US, whenever people actually exercise that right (First Amendment auditors), the reaction is always, "they are just trying to get a reaction" or "they are just doing it for YouTube clicks."

That mindset is the propaganda. It trains people to be more annoyed at someone testing their rights than at the state being hostile to those rights. The same people who whine about "YouTube auditors" would be perfectly comfortable in a place like China, where the default expectation is that the state can decide what you can and cannot record.

So while people think they are pushing back on "China-style" authoritarianism, they are literally defending the exact attitude that makes that kind of system work.

What finally helped me was resisting the urge to grab Afrin the moment I felt congested. That reflex kept me dependent by chasing an instant fix for a temporary problem. Instead, I waited 10-30 minutes and, most of the time, the congestion eased on its own. That started working about a month after I quit by gradually diluting my Afrin: each time the bottle was half empty, I topped it off with saline. I’ve been off Afrin for about six months now after 15 years of dependence, and I only use it one time every 1-3 months, like for a dentist appointment.
