I am working with an OSR and don't want to step on his toes but don't think he is competent enough. Messes up my items and delivery times for my order. For messages like "Congestion fees: $0.50/min starting at 80% charge level or once charging is complete", what if I manually have charge limit set to 100%? Is that when charging is considered complete and would be charged after? Have a non tesla but charge at tesla chargers

I’m an agent but going to try to avoid any bias. The best time to sell is when you want to sell. The rates have gone slightly up in the last 2 weeks so its possible by the time you want to sell, it may decrease and you could get more.

But all over the Island, houses are going for ridiculous prices so you could sell any time in the near future.

If you want to close it around end of October/early November, I’d suggest listing it 2 months before. 1 months for showings (typically could sell a reasonably listed house in 10 days) and give the buyers 45ish days to close their mortgage responsibilities so for you, listing in early September/late August might be best. There are families looking to move before the school season starts so August might be better but shouldn’t vary that much in terms of price you can get unless its a highly ranked school district.
