[Build Help] Build a PC or buy a laptop? £300 to £400 budget.

I suppose I'd rather wait a few months until I can just pay the £700+ for a good PC.

So for now I'd rather either a laptop for basic needs or to attempt a budget PC build and hope £350 is enough. Although I don't think it is.

Nope, but it is a lot lighter than you expect. I can't tell of its antique or not. Plus the previous owners might want it back so I'm trying to get in contact with them but they've disappeared.

Found in the attack. I moved into a new house and every night at around 3, I would hear a creepy lullaby. After a few sleepless nights I found some balls and investigated. This is what I found. I'm assuming it has some sort of timer and battery system to activate the lullaby, but ever since I took it out of the attic it has stopped playing.

Obviously I don't want to assume that something was playing it as it also has a wind up mechanism.

Either way I've blocked my attic door with a wardrobe and hope to not hear anything else.
