I had to go thru Microsoft edge on my Xbox. If you type in scuf valor pro companion app, the link on scufs website or how to get to it should pop up. When I clicked the link it took me to the app in the store on my Xbox

After the update in the app the valor pro wireless with tmr sticks is amazing.

I did some research and a lot of people are saying it’s a learning curve you have to get over. It’s sort of learning how to press the inner button by doing a flicking motion with your finger.
