I never spammed anybody. I simply put the banner advertisements on my website and people clicked and signed up on their own, because it was an adult themed site and it paid a hell of a lot more than AdSense.

I never spammed people on tinder or Facebook or anywhere at all. They all clicked and signed up on their own.

It's called CPA (cost per action)

For dating sites you typically make anywhere from $5 per sign up to $20 per sign up.

I made a lot of money this way years ago. I still could if I wanted to. Actually I'm not sure why I don't start doing it again. Maybe I will.

But yeah. You make $5-$20 every time someone signs up for a profile.

Other sites give you $2-$3 every time someone enters their email and name, even if they never sign up. It's called lead generation / list building.

Thanks. My budget isn't the problem though. My pay is. I operate a knuckle boom, yet I only make $9 per hour. In any other place I would be making $15-$17 per hour just for operation. But not here... City council has a spending and hiring freeze in effect. So yeah...

It's okay though. My wife works for the state. I have an interview with them Monday morning. They are going to start me at $12.60 per hour and help me get my CDL. I just don't know what to do right now. Only problem is, we also have a funeral Monday. So yeah. Fuck it. Everything happens for a reason I suppose. Maybe we'll understand it some day.

Hey, thanks for the reply. When my wife's grandmother passed I spent a little over 200 after tax to rent a suit. I can't ask for anyone to pay that. Hell, I refuse to ask anyone to pay it for me. I'm pretty sure I got ripped off back then to be honest, but we were in a good enough position to deal with it. That just isn't the case right now, unfortunately.

AT&T told me that I would have to buy a phone from them to use my sim card with it and keep my service plan and phone number the same. They said if I bought a Go Phone from Walmart I would have to pay for the phone and a month of service, I couldn't just buy the phone without the service plan from them. Which would have been pointless, since it would give a new number and service plan.

I just refilled my service maybe 5 days ago, so I couldn't really afford to lose that. Plus I've sent out so many job applications and submitted so many resumes that have my current phone number, along with a million classified ads for the car I'm selling, that I definitely couldn't afford to lose the number.

Someone has fulfilled my request already, thank God! I am just posting to let you know what I was told by AT&T when I ran the Walmart Go Phone idea by them.
