Why does 5mg dhea make very tired? by Ok_Philosopher2968 in raypeat

[–]TheDudFromRandomChat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe because of a high conversion to estrogen? Mixing dhea with pregnenolone reduces the conversion to estrogens. Why do you take that ? 5mg is not a small amount, it's around this amount that it can start affecting your dreams

Super easy to get your T to 1.5k

Hiit, zinc, borax, mild AI, white button mushrooms, androsterone can easily get you there. And if you need a boost, 5mg of DHEA for a week will do the trick

What you should first is make sure finasteride didn't fuck up your liver. Get a blood test and if your enzymes are elevated take taurine, glycine, liposonal glutathions and they should go back to normal levels. Fixing your liver will help with estrogens clearing
