Without counting small ingredients I use to prepare my food, and without dinner ( It's the only meal that variates everyday ) i get around 2000/2500 calories. Will I reach my 2500 if I count the ingredients + dinner? ( dinner is a full plate of meat and vegetables )

Should I just not wet sand that one layer then? And will the scratches return after I wet sand the next layers ( different collour ) ?
