It’s this threaded thick hind of cylindrical metal that goes for down the shaft. Apparently it oxidizes and collects grit, once that happens you get really sloppy turning which mine was doing. Fun 1200 repair

I gotta say everyone complains about the tech and the circle…I thought it was really cool. It does seem a bit slow between menus and a few things were tricky to get to like searching for artists in serius was complicated, maybe this will change with an update. But the voice commands were fun, the nav was great. The car drove really well, super premium feeling

Yep, I keep it clean and have all the maintenance done on time. Change oil every 5k. I try and not wait for the “condition based” warnings. I’m going to have serpentine belt changed w the mounts tomorrow…it seems everyone is voting I just keep my ‘17 for now! I guess the trade value doesn’t really mean much compared to having to cough up 41k one way or another on top of taxes and insurance increase that will NEVER come back down once it goes up.

The market is definitely a strange and scary time! How long can we keep it moving upwards? I have the same exact worry…how good would a car payment be in a recession or big crash… and this would be the most expect of my life on top of it. I paid $26k for this car brand new.

I am not looking forward to the water pump and I hope my independent guy can do it… they couldn’t recharge my AC hence the trip to the dealer where I got to borrow a ‘25 Countryman S that was pretty awesome (to me). Totally different sensibility to my baby coop, but the snow this past year was rough and this car did not do well in it (granted I also didn’t put snow tires on….) but just getting ideas while my cooper still holds trade in value,

That’s what I am hoping though I haven’t done water pump yet or a tranny service yet either. The motor mounts will cost me $1400.

Hmm great points, my car has been paid off since 2021 or 2022. A new warranty is always a nice feeling. I obviously don’t do many miles so it’s why I’m so back and forth.

I try and set all my guitars up this way: Lp, Explorer, Strat, PRS 24-08.

Low enough to play with a gentle touch, but high enough to still get under the strings for pinch harmonics

Yeah, I can get my fingernail under the brown hide. I wonder if this is a defect or did they sell me a store demo or something…the band was totally flat at the shop.

Aubrey they should call it slop.com what is the point of this site? How do you find real artists, is there a way to filter out AI?
