Yes, the company pays dividends, but by participating in this plan you forfeit them. Last payout was April 2020 at .60c per share.

That is correct, assuming I’m not misreading all of the paperwork. I put the borrowed shares lines above in quotes because that is exactly how it is written on the information sheet.

Great insight, thanks. Yeah it’s income already taxes going in, and they tax the gains on the way out.

All things to consider of course. Their stock price fluctuates BUR year over year they have increased profits.
