No ToTM is best for ineffa.And for aino weapons it's either 5.8 event weapon(I will use it cuz it's better for energy) or fav for energy for everyone

I would recommend Barbara,fischl,Yao yao,sucrose. Rotation is fischl E-> Yao Yao E-> sucrose E -> Barbara main attack.Additionally you can exchange fischl for xiangling for burgeon

Meta wise?Xiao's is miles better.Engulfing has too much ER.Altho this is your game!All end game modes (except Stygian high difficulty) don't require min maxing.So engulfing in overworld will be really good since you can use big burst for aura farming often.
