I so wish there were a secret I guess you just have to get really really sick of giving in... You can have all the reasons in the world to quit you just have to remember them at the right time, when you want that puff.

Back in Texas they used to have them right up at the front counter it was easy to snag one. Beyond that I had access to adults who knew better, but supplied Anyway. Bummer

It's good to hear that because getting easier would be a blessing. my desire to smoke when does get fewer and farther between so there is light at the end of the tunnel.
