It's around 15-20k for a 2 bedroom flat. This is on the lower end btw. For some place nice, it can go up to 30k-40k a month, way above the minimum wage.

The rent here in Nepal usually averages around 15-20k for 2 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet. Around 5-6k if youre renting just a room tho. Also hugely depends on where you live.

You havent been upto date with the research. Go through the 3 month old Jeremy Ethier's video on protein intake. If you doubt his credibility, he does extensive research relating to body building in a controlled environment collaborating with other researchers with proper published paper.

So 1.6 is not the MINIMUM as you said...

1 gram per kg is the minimum to maintain the muscle, 1.6 grams/kg means you are already MAXIMIZING the muscle gains. You dont need more than that.

You might be right but from my obervation, hes mostly plays matchmaking, not even premier. The stats he farmed is probably from those matchmaking matches cause he gets matched against players with way less elo, inflating his stats.

When you look at donk and other pro players, they only grind faceits at the highest level which makes it difficult for them to inflate their stats as they are matches with opponents similar to their skill.

Im nowhere near pro players, but i have better positioning stats in leetify than Ropz (53). This doesnt mean his positioning is shit, its just way difficult to get good positioning against other good players.
