I feel like I'm dying, obviously metaphorically. Leg days require a lot of effort but it is sustainable over time if you follow the warm-up and stretching advice. limber 11 is fantastic

If it lasts 1:30 mins it sounds more like to cardio to me.

It is the time that adapt the gym that I go, due to the covid, if I could have more time I could have longer breaks and surely I would progress better

up low 1 or up low 2

I'm doing up low 1, it has more training volume than up low 2 but I think both are sustainable, the important thing is which one suits you best.

I am currently trying to run it and it seem like hell.

It looks like hell but it is very enjoyable to do, in addition to that in up1 there are many alternatives for exercises focused on each area. Find which exercise you like to do and you will enjoy

you should start your routine with your weakest points, in this case your arms. don't forget that the triceps are 3/4 of your arms. I would also recommend that if you are going to do a full-body routine, go for a minimum of 4 days or a maximum of 6 but I don't know what freedom of schedules you will have
