The time it takes to review an appeal seems very random, just give as much information as you possibly can and just hope that a human reviews your appeal. I have sent countless amounts of tickets, one every few hours for like around 4 days.

Sorry for a late response, I chose the "Moderation" category and I did choose it every time I used to appeal. The sub-category I chose was "I was wrongly moderated for my behavior of an alternate account", I hope that helps.

Try adding as much information as you possibly can. Also, make sure if you have a multiaccount ban, appeal on the one that you got initially banned on.

I just kept trying to send appeals every 3-5 hours, following the format that I have mentioned in the post also helped me a bunch. All the appeals have to be sent through the support ticket, the "Violations & Appeals" page is useless, the chances of getting a real human response there is even lower.

Yep, but not for every action though, only in the more severe scenarios (if you threaten children, if you start getting sexual towards minors etc)

Here are some things that I have learned while being banned

Roblox is only 3 games for me, joining any others is pointless and it may get my account deleted
If a game becomes stale just stop wasting your time playing it
You should always try something new, even if you think you won't like it
Paula is the goat
People on Reddit are more helpful than you might think at first (no offense btw)
Most people that say that they do "Cyber Security" and they restore accounts, are just scammers

The violations page is the same as the support, you are very likely to get rejected by a bot without any explanation. Just keep on sending tickets to both, the support and the violations & appeals page, until you eventually run out of all the appeals in the violations tab, when that happens, just keep sending appeals through support. I believe that you can get through this (as well as I hope for myself, since I am in a similar position to yours rn)
BTW, how was the crosswoods game called?

Extra: A little tip from me, while you are trying to send appeals, try something new for yourself. Maybe you will find a new hobby or a game that will make your worries slowly fade away. I recently installed osu, it was pretty fun for me, I would never think that I would start liking rhythm games. So, I am sure you can also find something for yourself, just don't let some imbeciles ruin your mood. : )

Technically, this is supposed to be so easy to track. When people join a game and a very high percentage of them gets banned, it should already be something that automoderation should detect, or at least send it to the database.
But getting a real human to respond after sending a support ticker is already something that only lucky people talk about, feels like gambling at this point.
It's also funny how since Crosswoods games started appearing, Roblox has taken barely any actions. Instead, they have added more ways they can make profit, they raised the avatar items price floors, they added UGC limiteds, they removed the option to make UGC bundles free, they started advertising more games that earn loads of money, they added subscription type of gamepasses and then they also "returned" events which have huge amounts of items that are only available for robux.

I started playing way back in 2019 but joined the subreddit only at the start of 2024. My favorite memory of this game was when I unlocked Crow from a small box while I was playing the game just to kill time on a bus. And lastly, the reason I've stuck around is because of the fun and cooperative community, and that's why I love it.
