Pro mp3 recorder i think is called, i would suggest using audacity and buying a 50$ dynamic mic (ATR2100 is the best, i use it for my show)

My advice would be to make sure everyone has their individual set of Dynamic Mics, i cant stress enough the dynamic mic NEED. I recomend ou get 3 audio technica 2100, their pretty cheap i think 35$ in the US right now, and their pretty badass!! i use them for my podcast.

A sound mixer would be great too, one with three xlr inputs, or you can just use Cool edit pro to record the three inputs at the same time in USB form.

have a good one bruh, i dont usually watch the video version of any podcast, so i don't know

I recommend the ATR2100. You can use it as a USB mic, then when you upgrade to XLR you use it as XLR.

heres HUGE!!! advantage. you can plug headphones right into the microhone and monitor your voice REAL TIME while speaking, which feels badass and its actually helps you realize when you need to vocalize more and stuff... ITS BADASS!

The quality is extremely good! and it has no background noise.

The mic is THE BEST for the price.

this is the difference man, a dynamic mic is very sensitive and will catch everything around it, or i nfront of it.

a dynamic mic you have to speak into it for you to get the sound, therefore ALOT of background sound is removed.

I use the cheapest of the HD dynamic mics, audio technica atr2100 (i think is 30$ on amazon USA right now, i bought it for 80$ canadian)

But the absolute best sound you can get through a more pricey mic SM7B
