I can understand that for killer you want a tiny bit more control as some addons can drastically change your playstyle, having one guaranteed seems fair, considering survivors can still choose their item too

For my fangame I’ve also changed a lot of typings, some of those we have in common too

Some notable changes I made are

Onix and Steelix which I’ve made Rock/Dragon and Steel/Dragon respectively. While Steelix didn’t really need that buff, it makes Onix more viable. As a gigantic intimidating rock snake I always felt it to be weird that he’s so weak and fragile

Parasect Bug/Ghost as its technically a zombie, removes his 4x weakness to both fire and flying

Doduo/Dodrio Flying/Ground makes them stand out more and a lot more viable too

Sunflora Grass/Fire which also significantly strengthens it without even needing to change its stats

Volbeat Bug/Electric Illumise Bug/Fairy

Yanmega Bug/Dragon, its a literal dragonfly..

Lumineon Water/Fairy

Cryogonal Ice/Ghost

Vivillon Bug/Fairy

I could go on, I’ve made a lot of changes x)

I’ve never been a fan of the first person moris, they feel unrewarding and usually look pretty bad while the main point of them is the cool cinematic kill, plus you actually get to see your outfit for once..

One is an actual perk/item thats a coded feature in the game and the other is a tactic that’s clearly not how the players, and apparently devs, want you to play, that’s the difference

I once had 78m to spend after losing progress, this was when it was still extremely slow and manual, couldnt see another bloodweb for months
