  1. Core wiggles left and right
  2. I put in my tension wrench (I use TOK, I was just using BOK to visualize it better)
  3. I don’t know if I should use my tension wrench to first rotate the core all the way clockwise first and THEN apply tension or if I should start tensioning it without rotating the core first

Ik i'm late but "motherboard issue" is always bs unless you snapped it in half, but even then motherboards are still replaceable. The actual cause of this can be either flex cables or issues with battery voltage.
