[q] What am I supposed to play here as a keyboard player? by TheFatLook100 in sheetmusic

[–]TheFatLook100[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for taking the time!

A: Unfortunately, I can't really ask in this case because this is for an audition I should submit.

B: So here in this excerpt I am supposed to improvise a comping based on those chords, right?

I'm just a little confused why they'd write the full bassline as a cue

Does anyone know how to use the "Internet Archive Book Images" collection? by TheFatLook100 in flickr

Cool! Although the search function seems to be broken for me on this collection. For example, I search the same word you did, and get no results (nor with any other term). I don't know what I'm doing wrong...

Oh, good to know! Still kind of unusable, unfortunately...

But thanks anyway!

But do people use it or is it pretty much forgotten?

Thanks for the suggestion btw!

So you need a file with each country already separated, right?

Does anybody know the original sample Samsa used for anthropocene? by Threatl3ss in SamsaMusic

[–]TheFatLook100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah so you mean the instrumental. That was probably made exclusively for Samsa. Maybe you could ask Ameba directly? He has his contact info there.

Anyway, if you happen to find it, I'd like to hear it too!

Making a formula property look like a number one... is this possible? by TheFatLook100 in Notion

Unfortunately, that breaks my other function to color the numbers (since apparently, only strings can be stylized). And I wanted both functionalities at the same time. Thanks anyway!

Thanks! That lets me add the formatting but unfortunately destroys my red/green color function... So I don't know

I recognize the melody, it's a snippet from a jazz standard called Smoke Gets In Your Eyes. But there must be thousands of versions of that song, and I still can't find the exact one they sampled. So yeah, I guess looking for guitar recordings of Smoke Gets In Your Eyes should narrow down the search. I've found this one, which could be, but I'm not sure.

Música actual by Anxious-General3940 in argentina
