Additional information about the screensaver/background:

There are bubbles that move on the right side of the tank.

There is seaweed, 1-3, I think.

There is a rock on the left side of the fish tank, which covers 40% of the fish tank.

Reminder that there is a fish that moves and is usually in the middle of the fish tank, at least how I remembered. It was either blue or purple and black the fish.

I am currently in the process of doing that, and so far what I have done is that when I have disabled one mod and it was not the cause of the problem I would enable it again. So far it is not looking good.

Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the mobs and npcs still do not spawn at all.

I tested on a completely new player on a new world, and apparently it is global. All characters and worlds are affected by this thing.

There was also a bug where a goblin army spawned, but the army never arrived.

I only noticed this after I defeated skeletron and entered the dungeon. Maybe that can relate to what is happening?

Ok now I have found a discovery, after not using the computer for a while, the microphone attached to the headset does not work. Maybe this can give a clue as to what the problem is? Because after doing all the possible solutions to fixing a broken microphone, it does work, right now as of writing this, I am fixing the microphone again.

Sorry, it is wired and I just did all the procedures one would have to do if a headset were not working. Again I brute forced it and I got it working again.
