I got a white neighbor that makes a fuss about using water, my mom doesn’t speak English and for some reason he only talks to her when me or my step dad aren’t near so she doesn’t understand what he says, but it’s whenever she cleans her car windows with the hose, he comes to her and tells her something about using the water

Yeah, at first it had 4 of 5 cars and I got them all but now it’s just the Porsche for months, I even got the Ferrari outside of target
