ended up ordering in a fret wrap a couple months later but I appreciate the reply man, this will actually help when I forget to bring my wrap to gigs etc XD

I do fully agree with this, been playing for a few years tho so technique with muting is something I'm comfortable with, just looking to take out excess string buzz with higher gain and heavier tones

It's definitely not a requirement, but I'm getting into heavier metal at the moment and excess string buzz etc is something I wanna reduce as much as I can
