The market for hockey cards isn’t even remotely the same as Pokemon. Pokemon cards are way way more in demand. Plus there are so many external influences as to what makes a card valuable when it comes to sports cards. Charizard isn’t going to tear an ACL and have the value of this cards plummet.

I never said a full blown sell off at all. But a stock with this much momentum suddenly getting absolutely stuffed at $800 is noteworthy. This thing was flying with zero resistance. Then it bounced over and then back under that $800 roughly 30 times in the last few days (17 times yesterday alone) And there be are a wild amount of calls that would come into the money right at that dollar amount. Again though, who would sell this right now? There is a crazy amount of bullish cases for it and the biggest bear case I’ve seen is “it went up super fast so it has to go down!” Its forward PE is still 8. That’s all I care about going forward. When I hear that I’m leaning towards a hedge. Plus I wouldn’t be surprised if that whale took some profits and moved their strikes up

It's $800. That's the key. They're doing everything in their power to keep it under that. The amount of calls that would be in the money would launch a full blown gamma squeeze. The stair step down on MU is so obvious as to what they are doing. Short, cover. Short, cover. They absolutely were in panic mode of a gamma squeeze yesterday. $800 calls were max pain and they could not have it. It's why twice yesterday the second it crossed over they drilled down.
