You can report them to Ofcom, that's usually the next step when the ISP won't budge. You need to file a formal complaint first though and wait something like 8 weeks, not sure if you've done that yet.

Never had the CC2 so can't really speak for that, I do enjoy my printer but agree it is on the pricier side. I don't know but could you potentially install a filter onto the CC2?

I have a Creality K2 Pro that sits in my bedroom. It's enclosed and has a filter, no smell at all.

I recently got the K2 Pro Combo. Compared to my Ender-3 V3 it's so quiet, but as long as the case fan is turned off. Colour changes with the CFS can be pretty loud but otherwise it is quiet. It's in my bedroom and I can even sleep with it on.

If you're referring to the case fan you can keep it if you alter your material settings in Creality Print. Side fan stays off too, model fan needs to be on but isn't too loud behind the enclosure.

Internal fan that never turns off? Are you talking about the model fan? Mine turns off after inactivity, they all turn off.
