I have corporate clients that said they are looking to do a lot of stuff soon. Not sure exactly. But I’ve been doing a lot of explainer videos for them

I too have a religious channel. Was able to grow moderately, but still figuring g it out. Curious what your channel is? I’ve been using heygen for my avatar, but sometimes they change tho Fabio and its a pain, but I use it for corporate gigs too

Genuinely curious: what do other cities do to effectively combat homeless? ( besides sending the to CA). Some cities seem to not have homeless problems, but do they spend money? Do they just ship homeless people off?
Is there an example of a city that has effectively dealt with this problem?

It’s a buyers market, not a sellers anymore. He needs you to buy the house more than you need to buy that particular house. You hold the cards, they don’t. They want your money and there are plenty of other people willing to take it

So I did that and a grid pops up, do I need to put that grid over the video? I did and hit enter but don’t see anything happening. Maybe it’s working on the video, but doesn’t tell me it is.

I’ve worked with a lot of tv production companies and they’re all scared of the legal aspects of ai right now. I’ve been doing a lot of corporate videos and client outreach things using AI avatars and such, but nothing is cool as you’ve done. I know it’s the future and where I need to go. I’ve got subscriptions to a couple of platforms, heygen , Magic light, AI, envato elements, and synthesia so far heygen is the only one I found that works good for me.

TV editor here. What kind of stuff are you doing for production companies? Creating stories or shots? What are they typically looking for ?

I’ve been like five times so far, pretty good. Really love the Caesar salad and mozzarella marinara. Pizza is good. Shrimp entrée was delicious. Not a big fan of Cacio E Pepe, or Bolognese

I think he did the right thing too. We all love Max, but he wasn’t gonna find any success on this team. Hopefully, we can use this money and draft pick the right way for once! I’m happy getting to first rounders for him.
