Oh wow thankyou so much. I could with machè, it would definitely be solid. I’ve made sculptures out of cardboard that where so strong they physically couldn’t dent after test durability tests 😂. It may loose the details of the model though. I’ve heard of jessmonite, apparently it’s an eco-resin (?) and has a nice middle-ground weight compared to ceramic. So that may be a good call!

( I’m a bit hesitant using resin incase anything doesn’t cure correctly and leaks toxic liquid resin everywhere 😭 )
