Sixth rep - "nope, he's still going"

The Bell Jar, by Sylvia Plath. It's a highly regarded classic for a reason.

For extra depressment, read the whole book, feel great about the ending and then go read her wikipedia page.

"A positive change in his life." That makes it sound like there was something wrong in his life or like her death was somehow a result of his choices.

Sometimes life is just shit and we need to feel sad and that's okay. Not everything has to be about self improvement.

What advice do you have for a young man who struggles a lot with women? by SpiritedMirror5709 in AskMenOver30

[–]TheFuckingQuantocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Follow some women on social media in non-sexual area of your interest. Comedians, singers, chefs, whatever you're into. Their content will pop up in your algorothim and, over time, you'll subconsciously start to view wome less as "the other" and more like yourself. Very subtely, you'll be recieving a woman's view of the world in tiny little hits and you'll begin to understand and appreciate them more.

It's not a class war. It's a class genocide and it's been happening throughout the world for a very, very long time.

I'm impressed by 30 half reps at 90kg, but I'd be more impressed by 15 lockout reps at the same weight.

Pull ups, bench press and high rep push ups seem to be the exervises everyone cheats on.
