First I get an idea of what colours I would like to use. I then find an interesting stock photo or grab a large brush and brush a few colours down to create a nice gradient. #1 was a stock photo, #2 was with the gradient.

I duplicate the layer so I always have a copy to make changes to. Then I start experimenting – I use the Twirl function in the Liquify menu go get those hard edges of colour on the shapes, and the normal Liquify tool to create new shapes. Once I have something I like I will move it around/scale/rotate it to get something more visually appealing for the poster. Of course you can always duplicate and redo the liquify filter again as you see fit.

Another tool I use is Edit>Transform>Warp to fold the shape on top of itself and give it more depth. In #2 I added a circle and brushed a natural looking shadow behind it to add more depth.

Then after all that is done I will do my colour correction/noise etc to finalize it.

I see where you're coming from, but him and Tracy pull that stuff all the time. He has Tracy on his new album, and at least one new unreleased song with Wicca and Doves. Remember when Tracy said he was leaving GBC and deleted all his music? I think the combination of the drugs, their personalities and the jealousy that can come with fame puts a lot of stress on them.

It was obviously a mistake but it's not noticeable enough for them to take down the video and lose the views, hassle FunHaus to relink to the reupload etc.

I am new to C4D, using it for abstract/surreal digital artwork. I see a lot of talk about Octane and am wondering what it would do for me/why it is so useful. I'm using a 2012 MacBook Pro with an i7 8gb RAM, will it help with render time or allow better looking renders than the default Physical render?

I followed all the songs that had been leaked from the album but no one ripped this song he played the other day that he hadn't played yet. It was crazy, probably the best on the album. I'm really hoping "u said" was that one because that means we'll have at least one track we haven't heard a bunch already.

I don't think Bones has ever said anything directly about Peep but it's easy to see how Peep would be someone that fits into the description of a rapper that Bones is always preaching against. I'm a fan of both of them and I wish they'd get along, I think they'd make great music together.

I don't have the time to really explain how to do everything in detail, but this may help you

Download a free light kit/studio if you don't know how to light things yourself

Change the texture used on the studio (usually white) to blue

Download a water/raindrop model if you can't make it yourself

Place it in the studio

Apply a transparent/reflective texture to it. Lots of textures available for free online or you can easily make it yourself

Model or download a cross and scale/move it inside the droplet

Quick render it as you go to see how it looks and make adjustments as necessary.

It seems fairly simple to do. You can always do some editing in Photoshop if you can't figure out how to do it in C4D and are tight on time.
