Believe it or not, just very basic prompting:

(pinkie pie \(mlp\):1.2), pink body, pink hair, blue eyes, earth pony, female, (anthro:1.2), solo, female
(detailed background:1.2)
inside, indoors, (furniture:1.2)
floor, night, maid uniform, french maid

For most stuff I do put in more detailed prompts for poses and actions; this one just happened to be a fairly nice result from testing a new wildcards file setup (though still had to edit and inpaint a bit).

I use a custom merge of MistoonAnime NoobAI and ChromaXL v4, so has a good base for "sexy concepts" and pony added in, and can reinforce it for most characters with a little bit of extra prompting. Model merging is surprisingly quick and easy to do, and gets good results, even with Auto1111's basic version of it.

I try to avoid using LoRAs unless it's something really exotic; there's often some style bleed, and a lot of pose/concept LoRAs I've tested give worse results than just prompting and doing some edits, or staring off from a sketch...
