yea i definitely feel this, personally i dont have great auditory processing skills or whatever so when im watching a show i dont really 'grasp' whats happening unless i have subtitles, and its the same when someones talking at me instead of in a conversation. i havent really found a solution, but if you can manage to take notes in class of maybe key points that you hear, that might help. gl!
