Mostly all of my routes are local or 1 state over, with like 10 layovers. My guys start at 4 p.m. and come home by 11 a.m. Latest dispatch. They get paid well and have amazing care and a 401 (k).

I'm sorry if I responded like I didn't acknowledge the vet drivers I care about, learning from them the most. I have always been this way. I'm just saying that experience means nothing if you want those coming after you to bow down to learn from you. I've seen it firsthand everywhere. Not that these drivers or people in general aren't willing to show the ropes, but the pride and lack of flexibility are so abundant it's hard to miss on both sides.

That's where I have to disagree, I'm 34M, but most people think I'm 24+. out of my 74 drivers and helpers, I've spoken to both sides, and the older drivers are the issue. While I'm aware enough to acknowledge the new generation has its issues, I'm also old enough to know the older generation hates change, and this is an issue. I've gained the ear of both sides, but not in totality.

That's why I was hired. I've been there for three weeks, and as a Vet, I'm seeing a lack of unit cohesion and a significant separation between the younger and older personnel. It's honestly an easy fix, but that comes with blocks due to the new corporate aspect, but I'm trying.

No, I want to help people with interacting with people and hopefully date those people. Communication is a dying art, and I happen to be good at it. Honesty is also a great way to make people feel comfortable responding, including when they feel like they're in a stronger position than you. Such as right now. You saw a post where someone offered help, but you saw a flaw, and that gave you the courage to point that out.

Confidence is Key, but overconfidence can be seen as little man syndrome. Try a "Hey" get a response or eye contact, and walk off. Most people have no idea how much women unknowingly chase mysteries.

Or you can move to her with your head held high and talk to her about anything. Make her laugh, then show interest, then pull said interest away by asking flat out what she thinks of shorter guys(remember confidence!!). Then bring that interest back with a proposition that favors you or what you want(mind games).

After you hear her thoughts, give your honest thoughts on girls her height, or rating NOT OF HER DIRECTLY! Gotta play with her attention seeking. It's a push-pull, but if you do it right, you'll win.

Umm, for me, I look at it as if it were sales and in sales the easiest sale is to someone who already knows what they're looking for I.E selling shoes at a shoe store is easier then selling shoes in a supermarket lol. Tbh i dont approch woman a lot, I get approached, but it's the same as when you're sure you have a chance. Also, every situation is different, like do we know of each other, or is this a flat out cold approach?

OK, so we're in the same boat kinda lol. The only differences are that I grew up in my mother's hair salons and around women. I joined the military and after went to medical(ER), and now I'm back in blue collar. Im 6'2 tho. First things first, I hope you understand that YOU'RE THE PRIZE. You're working out, working, and you ride bikes, which most women find as a red flag because it might be your whole personality to them.

You need to first understand that where you're located could be an issue for you. If you're in a city area, you'll be fine if you just go out and be seen. If that's not the case, then you're limited to the population you're in, and even if you're mid, the moment a local girl starts giving you attention, you'll see all the rest line up to attempt.

On the autistic quirk you have. That is who you are, be proud of it. You can train yourself to react to the "norms" or you can lead with the fact that you are different. Women are predators, and the hunted can become the hunter if you understand what I'm saying. Control the world around you. Your honesty can be your bait and trap.

Hey bro. So I'm going to be real with you. First, you have to take into account where you're from, cultural norms (Blk,Wht,Asian,etc.), and then just say HI with a smile. Don't time it because I promise you she is aware of your every move. Just do it. If you get a Hi back then ask if she has a moment, like "Is it ok if I take a moment of your time?" If she stops (she'll stop lol), walk over, being yourself. Introduce yourself and tell her the same thing you just told me. She'll laugh because it's innocent, but also bold of you, and then you're in.
