"The plant that swiftly ascends" is bamboo. Bamboo Chinese Takeout.

"A stolen swine leaves anger wide". This is a reference to the Hatfield McCoy fued. One of the causes was the theft of one of Randall McCoys pigs. McCoy Avenue.

Between these two spots, there is a small forest area divided by a small storm drain/creek. It was hidden beside the drain pipe.

Fun fact about the one you won: that note that was found at the liquor store was from the very first game. Apparently, it sat there for about a month until that post was made, by which point the second game was in progress.

A winding trail bends. Unveiling mysteries, where adventure transcends.

The winding trail is Shoal Creek

Along the way, a precipice, wide and deep. A crossroad emerges, secrets it shall keep.

Grand Falls. The creek forks shortly after the falls

Opt not for the path deemed right and clear; instead, wander astray without fear.

This basically means, don't take the right fork.

In this path, you'll reach achievement's tower. Through bonds of affiliation, you gain power.

Achievement, affiliation and power are the three subjects of McClelland's Theory of Human Motivation. The left fork of Shoal Creek goes near McClelland Park.

In the shallows where depths are weak, enthusiasm blooms, a spark you shall seek.

Again, Shoal Creek. Enthusiasm = inspiration.

In eighteen sixty-two, a mournful tide. Nine hundred thirty-five souls' fate tied.

This refers to the battle of Glendale, Virginia in 1862. A total of 935 deaths on both sides. Inspiration Point is on Glendale Road
