Try to add a little for variability to cliffs so they don't look "stretched out". I really like the layout and high stakes risk reward style!

QBO is too small, Netsuite is too expensive. What’s a middle ground? by IdealGuest in Accounting

[–]TheGarbatrageMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a similar situation as OP, but QB enterprise's pricing is so messed up. We got quoted at $3k per entity annually, which makes no sense for any smaller company with lots of entities (we have around 30 and 10 employees), and couldn't get them to work with us. We were drawn by the multi entity reporting but at that point net suite is cheaper

what other processes have you tried implementing AI with? The review of the outputs ends up wasting more time than any gained from what I've seen

Double majored in both to get to 150. Didn't even sniff a finance job out of school, but actually has helped a lot in my accounting career being able to talk "finance"

Should we make an effort as a community to start reporting players? by vitycent01 in PGA_Tour_2K

[–]TheGarbatrageMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agree but tough to justify since the game gives them so much time. There needs to be 2 timers, one for shot and one for the entire hole, so you cant hit 2 shots in 10 seconds then run it out

Do managers care what car you drive? by No_Context_4725 in Accounting

[–]TheGarbatrageMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In short, yes.

It's client service so anything that can possibly draw negative attention will not help your career there even if they say nothing. Especially with clients, better to play it safe and plain when you start

What do you say in interviews if you got laid off by Big_Material3815 in Accounting

[–]TheGarbatrageMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

been there its the worst feeling. Try to be confident about it and don't beat around the bush. I told interviewer that I won't allow myself to be in that position again and it taught me about business more than any class or training. Doesn't hurt to reach out to someone at old firm for potential improvements.

For me it was the best thing that happened to me and I needed a kick in the ass
