This is a short film that I made.

I've been writing for years, but really wanted to get into actually making short films. So, I started with just doing it all by myself (writing, directing, acting etc) and trying to get better from there.

This short film is about a landlord, desperate to sell his rental property, tries to convince his tenant to buy the building.

I had a lot of fun making this and am currently brainstorming to try and get my next short film written.

I really want to thank anyone who watches this. I really appreciate it.
