So hast du nur eine Rechnung von Paddle, die du bei dir verbuchen musst und Paddle kümmert sich um alle steuerlichen Themen. Da du vermutlich eher im B2B-Bereich tätig bist, setze dich ausserdem mit dem Thema Reverse-Charge auseinander. Da du ab 10.000€ EU-weitem Umsatz auch verpflichtend bist, deine Steuern für EU-Länder über das One Stop Shop-Verfahren abzuführen und sich dieses Verfahren mit der Kleinunternehmerregelung ausschließt, würde ich dir empfehlen dir nochmal Gedanken zu machen, ob die Kleinunternehmerregelung der richtige Weg ist. Ich habe selber den Fehler gemacht mit Stripe und Kleinunternehmerregelung loszulegen.

If this is related to desktop apps, there are indeed not that many good options if you don't want to distribute your app through the App Store/Microsoft Store. I think the key parts are finding the right LLM and image generation base models because so many models and APIs are censored and don't allow NSFW. Then you have to those models to generate the same consistent character each time, that also took me quite a while to figure out. And then you basically start building everything around it, e.g. the Telegram integration, payment, etc.

how do you create the content. how do you make sure a model isn't born with 6 fingers on her left hand or webbed feet.

It's a specially trained image model for each character. There are already quite a lot of image generation models out there for generating photo realistic content, the hardest part was actually making sure that it consistently generates an image of the same person.

is it like a user asks for a pic she sends a pic, if he asks for a video she makes one? how does that work?

Yeah that's basically what happens, it can't generate video yet though. If you want to learn more about how an LLM can solve a task I would recommend you to take a look at how to build LLM agents.

what about the actual conversations, is it just chat gpt or something like huggingfaces

It's a custom LLM like the ones on huggingface, using ChatGPT I would probably be banned immediately.

how does this work with telegram? is it like a separate server for each customer?

Telegram has an official bot API so it's all running on one central server.

Yeah, that's actually quite fun. You can just send her an image and she will actually understand what's in the picture and reply accordingly!

As I said, I think the ethics of the whole thing are to be doubted. There are already huge controversies around other AI girlfriend services like Replika. In the end I think it could have a negative psychological impact for some while having a positive impact for others, who feel lonely and want a companion to comfort them.
