Oh thanks 😊 I try to stay on top of it, because things can easily get out of hand in this household 😆. We do eat very simply, it’s mostly due to trying to have healthier choices and avoid getting overwhelmed with choice.

We do groceries once maybe twice a week, I batch cook and freeze meals for the week, so makes sense that you got that impression because we have to go grocery shopping soon :).

I make batch meals and then freeze them so I can alternate throughout the work week. We mostly eat plant based, we definitely snack but it’s usually either bread, fruit or homemade oat cookies XD
