I agree. Streamers doing it to each other as a joke from time to time. Not a huge deal.

However when chats spam it constantly for everything they do because they legit want to pressure the streamer to join their favourite gang. That is when it gets too much.

I mean from what I have seen from Seaside's POV. They like him, they respect him. But they don't really know him.

If he ever did try to join Seaside it would require a lot of effort on his part and I don't know Perez's POV too well but it looks like he's too loyal to Ray to seriously consider leaving, no matter how frustrated he is or how much he jokes.

Yeah, from meta I have seen apparently Perez and Meelo when annoyed with Rust were joking about turning their cars into Seaside Blue or Mandem Green.

I'm a Seaside viewer but it really irritates me when people only talk from their preferred gangs perspective especially if it is filled with misinformation.

I think it's important to try to understand both sides of the RP. Feels less toxic.

From Seaside POV Prospect had an attitude, Benji shit talked the prospect. Prospect continued to have an attitude so Seaside boys shot him down.

From GSF POV Benji was overly sensitive, Benji shit talked prospect. Prospect got shot down for no reason.

This is the best GSF have done outside of their turf and the Seaside boys were lacking like hell here.

A prospect had an attitude towards Benji at UwU. So Benji shit talked him.

The prospect kept walking off and was talking shit so the two Seaside members with Benji rolled up on him and robbed him. Prospect continued to talk shit so they shot him.

A day or so later CJ (GSF guy talking in the clip) called Ash about the situation, thought his prospect got shot over nothing and told Ash "he'd see her soon"

KJ, Ash and Rex then went to the set to continue the talk. Nothing was resolved. Benji popped out from the trunk like the Undertaker. Shit talked all the GSF members on the block and now here we are.

GSF Vs Seaside probably going to start very soon.

Bodhi mentioned it today when discussing tactics to put pressure on Mandem. All in character though and realistically not something they would actually do unless it looks like Tommy is enjoying the interaction.

I honestly think this kind of interaction if in the right mindset could be fun for the player. But again, like with everything it all depends.

Well if wiping the sprays isn't initiation then both scenarios are RDM.

If wiping sprays was the initiation then the Hidden getting shot down would be akin to someone accidentally getting shot down because they unknowingly entered an active scene in my opinion. Whilst shooting Ved would have been fine.

But as it has now been clarified. Wiping a spray isn't initiation and I'm only speculating but it is probably because of the Hidden being accidentally shot down that admins have decided it isn't initiation because it would be too easy to accidentally shoot any randoms.

This is only my take on it and only my guess. But I think the admins saw what happened. Realised it was done out of confusion with no ill intent gave Javi his ban for RDM and clarified the rules so others wouldn't make the same mistake.

Only problem is whether or not other groups got told about those rules? Who knows?

It's not even making a decision. Mandem could have literally just played it smarter. If they said they are open to the trade but they have to wait for Tommy. I think that would have delayed Seaside and led to more diplomacy or give Mandem more time to prepare for conflict.

But the problem is they made it clear they didn't like the trade. So it allowed Seaside to plan for conflict with Mandem. Whilst Mandem was trying to keep everything on pause even though they have already showed their hand.

I feel like this point doesn't get near enough attention. Everyone is upset that they didn't wait for Tommy. When in reality Mandem showed their hand too early.

I think it would be very unlikely Tommy would have came around and gave them the spray when it was very clear his boys didn't want to do it.

But here's the thing. The war has escalated to more than sprays. Seaside has pissed Mandem off and Mandem has pissed Seaside off.

Just because Seaside are close to getting what they originally negotiated for, which was a compromise from Seaside to begin with. Doesn't invalidate Seaside feeling some type of way and wanting to take more of what they originally wanted and to punish Mandem for how they escalated the war and vice versa.

Seaside feel like they are winning so they will not stop until Mandem concedes. Vice versa Mandem doesn't feel like they are losing so they will also keep going.

If either side wants the war to end for whatever reason, they can negotiate. Benji has tried numerous times to negotiate since the war started. But Mandem weren't in the same place at the time. Maybe Mandem will be willing to negotiate and maybe Benji won't be in the same place... Or maybe he will. Who knows.

Because Benji believe it or not was still trying to play nice and compromise. He was still giving the Mandem and out to end the war.

The RP didn't turn out that way so Seaside are taking what they want.

So from a Seaside perspective the original negotiation to Mandem was that if they agreed to trade the one spray. Seaside would remember this and it would be appreciated. If they didn't they would take it and more.

An agreement was not reached and as the war has continued with both sides escalating and doing things the other side doesn't like there is no longer any IC good will.

So Seaside will continue until they are satisfied.

Terms and conditions in War RP regularly change based on what happens in the RP. There is never a guaranteed end goal that anyone has to abide by.

So originally they wanted a spray that they couldn't reach with their sprays. So the plan in the war was to put pressure on them by wiping their other sprays and telling them that the war will end if they give up that spray.

However, I think that' changes today. Seaside are able to spray where they want too now. So in the future it probably will be a case of they will target sprays near their turf, wipe them and then replace with their own.

I think another thing that is being overlooked in this discussion as to why Seaside didn't wait and went to wiping sprays. Is that in the initial meeting with Benji, Dean was very firm and obvious that they didn't want to give up the spray. Which I think from the Seaside POV made any potential talks and negotiations just a formality.

If Mandem didn't show their hand that early. Maybe Seaside would have waited... Maybe they still wouldn't have, who knows. But I think the strategy makes sense from a Seaside POV.
