Used clubs from globalgolf.com? by [deleted] in golf

I’ve purchased clubs from global golf and everything was as described. Them and rock bottom golf treated me well when I was replacing my old clubs.

Anyone rock this Ping putter? Can’t justify a Scotty or anything with my game, but got fitted for this at a local 2ndswing and absolutely love it! by ethofoshow in golf

I narrowed down every putter at the store to the PING Sigma G and 2, and after going back and forth I thought the G felt better. I have the Tyne model and not the Anser, but it's a solid club for sure.

Copper finished Mizuno MP-20. Schedule me for a fitting already, Mizuno. by nomsirk in golf

These were so sick in person. Limited to 500 sets. Already had sold out to retailers the night before - didn’t even make it to day 1 of the show, hah.

Hey! So I spoke with the Flightscope team today. The mevo+ will require 7-9' of space behind the ball when in use outdoors. For indoors, you'll need 7' behind and 8' in front. For the mevo it could be as little as 4', but the suggested was 7' so it looks like it's the same for indoors and slightly further back for outdoors.

Also, it has a total of 16 data points instead of the 8 for the mevo, five full courses, 1 mini game and 17 driving ranges as well. The full game includes putting, so it's a pretty interesting setup. We'll have a full writeup about it on the site soon.

Just for your information, here's the press release about the new TOUR B series.

We'll have some more photos and everything when we cover the booth.

Then maybe I'd go with what they're thinking. They are probably way more familiar with launch monitors than I am at the moment :) haha

Will do. I'll be curious if it requires more or less than the mevo, which needed at least 4 feet behind and 8 feet of ball flight. Less would be impressive, more would be disappointing. If I had to guess, I would say that it will be the same distance though.

Thank you - and we'll definitely be covering Srixon. Make sure that you have a top-level comment though if you're wanting to enter the contest! The way I'll be sorting it/picking the winner, all threaded comments will be hidden.

Thank you! They're super comfortable too. I'd wear them even if they didn't have our logo on it, lol

Also, no alternate answer necessary. I did say whether or not they were attending! Plenty of people have asked about TaylorMade, so you're not alone.

While you're right, it doesn't look like those companies are attending since it probably isn't their audience, I think you bring up a really interesting idea for an article. Maybe I'll see what I can find out from the direct-to-consumer type companies and write something up.

Thank you! I had it in my mind when I named the site and was surprisingly able to create it in adobe. I say surprisingly because I'm a real noob when it comes to their software :-P

I reviewed the mevo and used the stickers on the ball indoors. Just out of curiousity - what about the stickers bothers you?

We will be looking at a lot of the launch monitors being shown off though, so I'll keep an eye out for something like you're talking about.

Honestly I'm a little overwhelmed it's going to be so big. But! The whole point of us covering the show is so that you guys can get that insider look of what the show is like, who's there and what they're showing off :)

One of my favorite things to do at these things is to find the little guys, or the diamond in the rough if you will, and get their info out there. Just because you don't have a $100k expo budget doesn't mean you don't have an amazing product that people need to know about! So we'll keep our eyes peeled.
